En effet, ce champ n\u2019est pas absolument plan ni de luminosit\u00e9. Uniforme. Meilleur est l\u2019optique du microscope, moins ces d\u00e9fauts sont importants.<\/p><p>Une cam\u00e9ra peut se mettre \u00e0 la place d\u2019un oculaire mais plus souvent une sortie sp\u00e9ciale d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 cet usage sur le microscope. Sur les microscopes modernes cette sortie est dite \u00e0 champs parall\u00e8le, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire mise au point \u00e0 l\u2019infini. L\u2019adaptation n\u2019a donc plus qu\u2019\u00e0 faire converger le champ de sortie du microscope vers le capteur de la cam\u00e9ra. Ce champ parall\u00e8le simplifie l\u2019usage des adapteurs.
